Harold Hankey has more than 15 years’ experience in the areas of recruitment, labour hiring and human resource management.  Prior to migrating to Australia, he was a founder member and partner in one of the largest South African based recruitment companies . Clients included large corporate businesses employing more than a 1000 people to small and medium enterprises employing less than 10 people.

Harold’s vast professional experience include providing  recruitment and HR services to the construction, hospitality, service, retail and mining industry.

Harold assists Employers not only to recruit staff in a timely manner, but also with strategies and advice on best practises regarding workplace relations and employer related matters.  He prides himself in learning the business of Employers to ensure that the most suitable candidates are recruited and retained in order to optimise the employer-employee relationship.

His specific HR expertise also includes the development and implementation of policy and procedures, development of induction programs, performance management and staff counselling. He also has experience in change management which included re-employment, retrenchment and retirement.

Letitia de Lima

Letitia is an Australian registered migration agent and a trade marks attorney. She has more than 20 years of commercial experience gained in both the public and private sectors. Her expertise includes migration law, intellectual property law, marketing, branding and commercialisation. Passionate about business development, Letitia mentors SME’s and speaks regularly to various industry groups on commercialisation and business development.

Letitia has more than 7 years' experience in assisting applicants to apply for professional and trade skills assessments in Australia, the drafting of job descriptions and the screening of new applicants. She has also been instrumental in the recruitment and visa applications of overseas employees to work in Regional Australia in the Agricultural, Medical and Trade Industries.

Letitia is in a good position to advise employers, employees and migrants and maintains an impressive list of Australian industry, commercial and professional contacts established over 10 years.  

Letitia is a keen Rotarian and spends many weekends fundraising for mostly children related charities and foundations.

Franco de Lima

Franco grew up in South Africa in a family business comprising of retail, farming and transport operations.  

Franco managed one of the family retail outlets until he started farming with vegetables under irrigation, supplying the fresh produce markets in Johannesburg.  He soon diversified his business, partnering with 10 local farmers to establish a fresh produce processing plant supplying the surrounding mine kitchens with fresh produce.

Franco and his family migrated to Australia in 1996 and settled on the Gold Coast. Franco's work expertiese in Australia include the management of  garage door manufacturing businesses, and a garage door and gate automisation business.  He also owns and operates a combine harvester harvesting mainly wheat from September to February each year.

The love of his life is a Cirrus Aircraft which he is always complaining that he does not get to fly often enough.

Franco's business and farming management experiences has equiped him with valuable knowledge about the needs of employers in the building, manufacturing, engineering, farming and retail industries.
